Your Tasks

  • Drive the project deployment from a business perspective

  • Define and prioritizing business scope and requirements for deployment

  • Create and executing deployment plan

  • Manage deployment gaps/issues

  • Drive (senior-) stakeholder management and customer satisfaction

  • Collect, interpret and share feedback from deployment and loop into development roadmap

  • Business support during deployment tasks

  • Close collaboration with technical

  • deployment consultant

Your Profile

  • Solid experience in business project management (consulting background is a plus)

  • Experience in interacting with project stakeholders, collecting business deployment requirements and executing them

  • Basic knowledge of SSC / BPO / service management tools and process related best practices will be an asset

  • Experience in business aspects of Windows application deployment

  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to execute on time and above client expectations in multinational project environments

  • Effective communication skills in English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
