Your Tasks

  • Push our process & organizational data analytics to the next level – identify patterns and create the full stack from deterministic rules to AI based algorithms improving the heart of what we do, data driven process & organizational analytics and corresponding automated business recommendations

  • Understand the business needs as requested by the different stakeholders

  • Improve our data structures, data collection and handling together with experienced developers and architects – e.g. provide data improvement recommendations (cleaning, transformation, aggregation, integration) based on business needs

  • Provide data analysis expertise during client project exploration phases (assess data quality and improve interpretation)

  • Build easy-to-understand data visualizations

  • Constantly research for the newest methodological concepts around data handling, interpretation and machine learning and evaluate proof of concepts as well as corresponding priorities for implementation

Your Profile

  • You hold a master degree with a major statistical analysis component e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science etc.

  • While we value academic experience, we’re preferably looking for candidates that have at least 2 years of experience in the private sector, Experience with Big Data is a big asset

  • You feel comfortable digging through data using Python, R, Tableau or Power BI

  • Good experienced with SQL, graph databases. Experience with tools to process large scale, sparse datasets is a plus

  • You can explain the significance of data in a way that can be easily understood by others

  • You are a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, agile environment.

  • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • You are highly motivated to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and work with and learn from senior management levels
