Your Tasks
  • Join the team and bring your experience to the table how to make Customer Success a winning initiative for KYP

  • Facilitate customer engagement, product adoption and champion the customer journey

  • Coach customers so they become increasingly self-sufficient and turn into KYP fans

  • Spot and solve any issue that could affect customer satisfaction or retention

  • Connect well to the customer organization and drive (executive-) stakeholder management and ultimate customer satisfaction

  • Industrialize customer success operating model (e.g. process, governance, tools, interaction, KPIs, Trainings, etc)

  • Constantly improve the way we engage with our customers and the way we work

Your Profile
  • 7+ years career experience with 2-3+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing, customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization, preferably with SaaS experience

  • Experience in dealing and interacting with different customers with different seniority and cultural background

  • Demonstrated to deliver well above client expectations in multinational project environments

  • Solid technical background with experience to explain and shape complex environments

  • Exited to start something new in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and change the way our customers think and become successful

  • Joining a strong, fast growing multinational team with a professional approach, sharing knowledge and cracking exciting problems together
