Your Tasks

  • Initial requirements review from a technical perspective

  • Collecting questions and doubts from the development team and discussing answers with business

  • Understanding and shaping product:
    - Detailing product agenda and translating product vision from business to implementation

  • Requirement engineering:
    - Gathering and documentation of requirements
    - Translating requirements to user stories to implementable features
    - Sharing and alignment with product team/developers
    - Detailed data analyzes to test algorithms and business logic

  • Sprint management:
    - Preparing and conduction of spring planning and summaries
    - Prioritization
    - Contribution to test management
    - Sprint review management

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development

  • Strong ability to translate between Business and Development

  • Knowledge of Scrum / Agile release and product management methodology

  • Experience in the use of analytical tools (Excel at minimum)

  • Experience in the area of enterprise business applications

  • Technological understanding of SQL, common Frameworks (like e.g. Angular), common programming

  • Joining a strong, fast-growing multinational team with a professional approach, sharing knowledge and cracking exciting problems together
